Feeding of multitudes, Capernaum, Kursi

Our tour guide extraordinaire explains what this is--an olive press or gethsemane.

Group picture at Capernaum with a statue of St Peter.

Ruins from Capernaum and to the right, the church built over a church built over the house of Cephas (perhaps the disciple Peter). The ruins are of family dwellings.

Wall of a synagogue built in the 4th century and people's prayers tucked inside. Holy places abound.

Another gethsemane

Peter Johns teaching inside the remains of a Byzantine church in Kursi, overlooking the hills where Jesus healed the man of a legion of demoniacs and several herdsmen lost their herd of pigs.
